A Elope Rainbow colored Jester Hat. Previously Owned, Good Condition. There is a slight seam tear on one of the jester points attached to hat – see photos. As is, no returns. Vintage – Collector’s Item as Elope was sold off to another company and changed things. Size adjuster. All new materials, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Made in China. Spot clean only. 75% Polyester. 25% Cotton.
