Black velvet buccaneer / bicorn-style pirate costume hat with gold metallic piping around the brim edge, a raised molded skull-and-crossbones emblem (antique bone/tan finish, rope-style border) on one side, and a red velvet ribbon tie band. Black lining inside. One size (no size printed on the labels shown). New.

Condition (please see photos): New, good. Light lint and a few loose fibers on the black velvet, normal creasing from storage, gold piping intact, red velvet tie intact. The molded skull emblem shows its aged/antiqued finish and a fine line across the skull and one bone. Sold as-is.
