About this makeup: This Fun World makeup is manufactured from ingredients generally recognized as safe for use in cosmetics. However, as with any cosmetic, some individuals may experience an allergic reaction. A patch test is recommended. Apply a spot of product to inside elbow or wrist. Leave for 30-60 minutes. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use.  Step by step instructions: THE NIGHT BEFORE: Getting Mummy Mask Ready: Drop compressed mummy mask tablet in a cup filled with warm water. Wait ten minutes. Unroll and open mask. Lay mask flat onto towel to dry over night. Hold mask to face and check “fit” in mirror.  If eye holes are too small, carefully trim away small amounts until you can see easily. Remember trim away a little at a time. Check fit. of mouth as well as edges that fit against hairline. With black makeup place positioning dots on face along the mask’s out edges.  LIQUID LATEX: Do not use near eyes. Snip open top of adhesive packet with sponge apply a coat of gel adhesive to mask. Slick back hair before applying mask. With both hands lift mask and press to face, leave wrinkles and creases. Do not smooth out wrinkles and creases. Apply gel adhesive to edges of mask to secure to face. Let dry. apply another coat if necessary.  MAKEUP: With sponge apply black makeup over mask, using a finger tip, rub black makeup into creases and wrinkles. This forms shadows and gives depth to the mask. Apply black makeup onto any exposed skin around. hairline and along neck and throat. Using a brush carefully paint a little black makeup around eyes, mouth, and lips. Pat gray makeup over mask. the makeup colors will start to blend. Gently pat yellow makeup onto mask to create highlights. Do not rub or blend. Let dry.  GAUZE: Wrap gauze around head and across nose. Secure a back of head by tucking end under wrap. Highlight gauze by randomly sponging onto it black makeup. Insert horror teeth into mouth.  ROTTEN TEETH: rinse with soapy warm water and insert into mouth to check for fit. if necessary cut with scissor along the gum line or shorten at either end. Trim only a little bit at a time. no adhesive needed. However, a commercial, dental adhesive may be used. Make sure rotten teeth and your teeth are dry. apply adhesive to inside walls of rotten teeth and insert into mouth. rotten teeth adhere to your gums, not your teeth.    Removal: wash completely with soap and water.  

 

CAUTION: Do not use liquid latex or red makeup around the eye areas. do not use face putty around the eyes or mouth area. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Avoid contact with facial or body hair. latex can become entangled in the fine facial fuzz or women, girls, and boys of pre-shaving age. This could make removal difficult. avoid contact with clothing, rugs, and upholstery. scrub with warm water and soap. do not use cool water as it will set the latex. do not use red makeup in or around the eye areas. Do not use purple or sallow yellow makeup in or around the mouth area. Take care! makeup may permanently stain fabrics and carpeting. Use with care.
